If your Smart TV is running on Amazon Fire TV you can control it
remotely via your smartphone with this app.
You'll need to know this isn't the official Fire TV Smart controller app but this app does allow you to control it.
Based on the device you're using you can choose from different remotes in our app.
With this app you can use your Fire Stick or Fire TV even if you can't find your remote control. However it requires that your phone has an IR sensor.

In order for the app to work and to allow connections to the tv you need to enable "ADB debugging" on your tv device:
* Go to - Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options > Make sure "ADB debugging" is set to ON.
* After selecting your TV from the app make sure to select OK on the popup window on TV.
