Gestisci il tuo Modem TIM da casa e da remoto controlla la tua linea fissa e apri segnalazioni all’assistenza tecnica TIM.

Per accedere all’app TIM Modem utilizza le credenziali MyTIM. Inoltre con l'impronta digitale puoi rendere più sicuro l'accesso con username e password. Per registrare un nuovo account MyTIM utilizza l’app MyTIM o vai sul sito tim.it

Ecco cosa puoi fare con l’app TIM Modem.

Nel tab "Modem" (con funzionalità complete solo su modem TIM da casa o da remoto dopo aver eseguito il login)
1. Visualizzare gestire aggiornare e riavviare il tuo modem TIM
2. Verificare lo stato della tua linea Internet e fare il test di velocità della linea
3. Verificare e modificare la configurazione Wi-Fi del modem accendere spegnere e ottimizzare le reti Wi-Fi gestire e condividere la rete Wi-Fi Ospiti verificare la copertura e la velocità Wi-Fi eseguire il backup/restore Wi-Fi (utile in caso di sostituzione del modem TIM) visualizzare e condividere il QR Code Wi-Fi della tua rete
4. Visualizzare i ripetitori Wi-Fi TIM collegati e verificare il livello del segnale verso il modem
5. Controllare e amministrare i dispositivi collegati al modem. Quando sei collegato al modem in Wi-Fi il comando Wake on LAN permette di attivare i dispositivi collegati in Ethernet che lo supportano
6. Controllare lo stato dei servizi di condivisione USB sul tuo modem TIM (solo quando sei collegato in Wi-Fi) e navigare i contenuti dei dischi USB collegati
7. Verificare lo stato del servizio voce (su linee Fibra FTTCab/FTTH dove puoi anche telefonare da casa con l’app TIM Telefono)

Nel tab "Assistenza"
1. Eseguire la diagnosi della linea di casa (Fibra FTTCab/FTTH ADSL o telefonica) segnalare un problema ai tecnici o risolvere on-line i problemi più comuni su Internet Mail e Telefono
2. Eseguire la diagnosi sui servizi TV attivi (TIMvision) risolvere on-line o segnalare un problema ai tecnici
3. Essere avvisato di eventuali disservizi sulla rete fissa TIM nella tua zona e richiedere l’invio di SMS alla risoluzione del guasto
4. Gestire le tue Segnalazioni e monitorarne lo stato di lavorazione
5. Chattare con Angie: l’assistente virtuale di TIM ti aiuta a risolvere problemi tecnici sulla tua linea

Nel tab Altro
1. Consultare guide e video di assistenza tecnica
2. Accedere velocemente ad altri servizi TIM (app MyTIM app TIM Personal app IoTIM Community We TIM TIM Party TIM Mail)
3. Cercare i negozi TIM
4. Semplificare la configurazione Wi-Fi del tuo dispositivo tramite scansione del QR Code del modem TIM

Per usare l'app serve una linea fissa di TIM e uno smartphone/tablet Android con qualsiasi operatore mobile (TIM o altri gestori). Informativa privacy e Condizioni di licenza sono accessibili nel menu Impostazioni.

Manage your TIM Modem from home and remotely check your landline and open reports to TIM technical assistance.

To access the TIM Modem app use the MyTIM credentials. In addition with the fingerprint you can make access with username and password more secure. To register a new MyTIM account use the MyTIM app or go to the tim.it website

Here's what you can do with the TIM Modem app.

In the "Modem" tab (with full functionality only on TIM modem from home or remotely after logging in)
1. View manage update and restart your TIM modem
2. Check the status of your Internet line and take the line speed test
3. Check and change the modem Wi-Fi configuration turn on turn off and optimize Wi-Fi networks manage and share the Guest Wi-Fi network check Wi-Fi coverage and speed backup / restore Wi -Fi (useful in case of replacing the TIM modem) view and share the Wi-Fi QR Code of your network
4. View the connected TIM Wi-Fi repeaters and check the signal level towards the modem
5. Check and administer the devices connected to the modem. When you are connected to the modem in Wi-Fi the Wake on LAN command allows you to activate the devices connected in Ethernet that support it
6. Check the status of the USB sharing services on your TIM modem (only when you are connected in Wi-Fi) and browse the contents of the connected USB disks
7. Check the status of the voice service (on FTTCab / FTTH fiber lines where you can also call from home with the TIM Telephone app)

In the "Assistance" tab
1. Diagnose the home line (FTTCab / FTTH fiber ADSL or telephone) report a problem to the technicians or solve the most common problems on the Internet Mail and Telephone online
2. Diagnose active TV services (TIMvision) solve on-line or report a problem to technicians
3. Be notified of any outages on the TIM fixed network in your area and request the sending of SMS to resolve the fault
4. Manage your Reports and monitor their processing status
5. Chat with Angie: TIM's virtual assistant helps you solve technical problems on your line

In the "Other" tab
1. See technical support guides and videos
2. Quickly access other TIM services (MyTIM app TIM Personal app IoTIM app Community We TIM TIM Party TIM Mail)
3. Look for the TIM stores
4. Simplify the Wi-Fi configuration of your device by scanning the QR Code of the TIM modem

To use the app you need a TIM landline and an Android smartphone / tablet with any mobile operator (TIM or other operators). Privacy Policy and License Terms can be accessed in the Settings menu.
