Metal Detector uses the device's magnetic sensor to measure the
strength of the magnetic field and turns your device into a simple
and convenient metal detector. It helps you measure the surrounding
magnetic field electronic waves or metal (steel or iron). Once
metal is present nearby the reading value will increase. It can be
used as a human body scanner EMF meter wire detector pipeline
detector or even ghost detector.
Metal detectors cannot detect coins made of gold silver or copper. They are classified as non-ferrous metals and have no magnetic field. Try this useful tool!
Note: Not every model of non-smartphone has a magnetic field sensor. If your device does not have one the application will not work properly. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
Metal Detector (EMF Meter) can display the strength of the magnetic field in μT (microtesla) mG (milligauss) or G (gauss). 1μT = 10 mG; 1000 mG = 1 G. Generally the neutral zone of the magnetic field is around (30μT60μT) or (0.3G0.6G). Once the reading value exceeds 60μT or 0.6G it means that metal is present nearby.
Note:
Not all devices have a magnetic sensor. If your device does not have this sensor the Metal Detector (EMF Meter) application will not operate on your device.
The accuracy of the Metal Detector (EMF Meter) depends entirely on the device's magnetic sensor (magnetometer).
Electronic waves such as laptops TVs microphones or radio signals can affect the accuracy of the magnetic sensor. Therefore please avoid approaching such environments when using this application.
This application cannot detect non-magnetic metals such as gold silver aluminum etc. because they do not have a magnetic field.
Many enthusiasts who enjoy detecting ghosts use Metal Detector (EMF Meter) for ghost hunting claiming that ghosts have an impact on the magnetic field. I'm not sure if this is true but please let me know if it is.
