Create an event using Tasker Event->Plugin->Nfc for Tasker. You can create events filtering according tag id.

You can write NFC tags using a Tasker action.

Note: if your tag is not detected you can try to format it with the plug. Then try again.
Some tags provide a random ID each time they are read so in this case the id filter doesn't work.
