Activation:
(1) Press "Apply" button
(2) Press "Set Wallpaper" button
(3) Glowing live wallpaper is now active on your home screen.

**** If the above doesn't work you will find Glowing live wallpaper in the phone's live wallpaper selection. You can usually find "Live Wallpapers" category on your phone when changing the wallpaper from your launcher.
