يعتبر محمد صالح بلطي – المولود يوم 10 أفريل 1980 – من أعمدة موسيقى الراب في تونس، ولكن هذه الشهرة لم تات من فراغ. فمن العاصمة وتحديدا سيدي حسين بدأ بلطي الراب منذ المراهقة لتستمر التجربة مع كل منSton Kanide M2O Tshibo . كانت مجموعة أولاد بلاد من أول مجموعات الراب في تونس والتي بدأت مسيرتها سنة 1997 بمجموعة من الأغاني التي كانت بمثابة مرآة عاكسة لليومي الذي يقضي على طموحات واحلام الشباب كما نلاحظ شجاعة في طرح المشاكل الاجتماعية دون خوف من الرقابة البوليسية في تلك الفترة.
تفرق أفراد هذه المجموعة وأصبح بلطي ينتج أغانيه منفردا، كما أن سنة 2002 تعد الانطلاقة الحقيقية لهذا الرابور الذي فرض الراب على الساحة الفنية
