FindARun is a route planner that helps you find and create routes anywhere in the world for a run a bike ride or a walk. Whether you are at home or on holiday and want to cover a certain distance but just don't know what route to use FindARun is here to help!

Basic features
It's very easy to create a new route. Using the route planner you select your starting point on a map and then extend your route by tapping on new locations in order to make the route as long as you want it to be. Once you are done you can save your route (as a simple route or as a circuit) and come back to view it later on a map. When viewing your route you also have the option to share it with others.

Estimated statistics
To help you have a better understanding of your upcoming run/walk/bike ride when making a run you are able to view the estimated number of calories that you will burn as well as the estimated amount of time it will take to complete the run. You can specify the speed that you think you will run at in order to make these estimates more accurate.
The calorie burn estimate is based on data like your height age etc which can be specified in the app settings.

Snap to road (also works with trails)
You can also snap your route to roads (as well as trails and paths) in order to make a much smother running route. To do this when making a route enable "snap to road" (click the button with a road icon) and draw your route. To continue drawing your route freely without snap to road just click on the "snap to road" button again.
