Use without enable developer settings:
First method:
Open Listick Fake GPS goto Settings and tap by «Make system app» (SU permissions is need | Oreo and Pie temporary unavailable) wait and you device is reboot. Afters the phone turn on open app and enjoy how location is spoofing without turning on «Mock Locations» in Developer Options.
Second method
Necessary move .apk Listick Fake GPS by path /system/priv-app/.
This is possible with Team Win Recovery Project (Non-Root) or System App Converter
