REQUIARED PERMISSIONS DESCRIPTION:
1. READ_CALL_LOG: to determine the last call was rejected by the user or missed. And determine that user viewed missed call to stop the flash blinking.

2. READ_PHONE_STATE: to determine incoming calls and that incoming call finished.

3. RECEIVE_SMS: to determine that user received SMS to turn on the flash

4. READ_SMS: need to check the status of last received SMS (read or not). If already read - turning off LED about new SMS.
