If your device displays a flashlight button in the quick settings panel (Samsung devices for example) you may need to remove the flashlight button from the device quick settings panel for the strobe app to work properly. Otherwise the device may continuously update the quick settings flashlight button on and off when a strobe is in progress causing the device to become unresponsive.
