2) This app uses the Draw Over Other Apps permission "android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW" : In order to make WhatsBubble work we need 'Draw Over Other Apps' permission to draw Chat-Heads Bubbles over other apps.

Limitations : Due to limitations in Android and social massaging app API WhatsBubble can't obtain profile pictures in all situations and will use the contact's name's first letter as a placeholder.
