If you are using Android 6.0 and the app still does not work on your device, please enable logging in the apps settings, try to send again, then send the log file from /sdcard/logs/fastfiletransfer.txt to the support email address.

iOS:

Please keep in mind that in order to allow receiving movies on iOS, the app changes the file extension. Simply restore the original one after receiving on the device to use the file.
