Q: It cannot read aloud when I use it for the first time.
A: You can: 1. Swipe to close the app and reopen it 2. Try a new web page 3. Choose a different voice for reading aloud 4. Turn off the phone and turn it on again 5. Restore the phone to factory settings . Usually after doing the first step it will return to normal.

Q: After the app is updated an abnormal situation occurs.
