The new My BMW App is the successor of the BMW Connected app with a new modern design and intuitive simplified user interaction.

Thanks to the three menu tabs you always have access to all relevant My BMW App functions:

• Vehicle: versatile remote control functions and all important status information about your BMW at a glance especially for electric BMW vehicles
• Map: search for and send destinations fuel and charging stations and car parks directly to the in-car navigation system
• Profile: personal settings and latest information from the world of BMW

CONTROL AND LOCATE YOUR BMW
The My BMW App shows you all important information about your vehicle at a glance such as the fuel tank capacity and the current range of your BMW. For electric vehicles you can see the current electric range as well as the battery charge. The Digital Key exists digitally on your smartphone and you can share it with friends (available for Apple smartphones and for vehicles with Operating System 7). Are all windows and doors closed? Is your BMW ready to go are the tyre pressure and oil level ok? Then the My BMW App will show ALL GOOD. Have you forgotten to lock the doors or would you like to activate the climatisation system in your BMW before setting off? With the My BMW App you can easily lock and unlock the doors or activate the climatisation system at any time. This allows you to conveniently control the core functions from your smartphone. Did you forget where you parked your BMW? The My BMW App knows exactly where your BMW is.

PLAN YOUR NEXT TRIP
The integrated search function makes it easy to find destinations and send them directly from the app to the in-car navigation system. It is also possible to send destinations from third-party apps. You can also find car park opening hours and prices and the map in the My BMW App shows the current traffic situation. When driving a BMW Plug-in Hybrid or fully electric BMW vehicle the electric range is also displayed so that you know whether you need to charge your vehicle battery on the way to your destination. In this case you can also use the My BMW App to find the nearest charging station on the map.

The My BMW App informs you about available remote software upgrades. This way you regularly receive new and improved digital functions for your vehicle and have the option of keeping your vehicle software up to date on an ongoing basis (available for vehicles from Operating System 7). When is the next service due? The My BMW App reminds you of the next service appointment in good time and also finds the nearest workshop for you. You can easily book the appointment by phone or with your app. BMW Roadside Assistance is also available in the app in the event of problems with the vehicle. With BMW Points (currently available in Germany Belgium the Netherlands France Austria Switzerland) you can collect points for electric driving with your BMW Plug-in Hybrid and then redeem them for BMW charging minutes. In addition the My BMW App provides you with the latest information from the world of BMW with lots of interesting articles and offers. At the wheel of your BMW you can use Amazon's Alexa* voice assistant just as conveniently as you would at home. Simply connect your Amazon account to your BMW account in the My BMW App.
