不遠的未來，一場幾乎毀滅世界的大戰使人類喪失航海的能力。在持續開發人偶技術的過程中，部分人偶少女成功覺醒了自主意識並且發生了形態上的異變。面對這些不再服從的人偶，四大財團糾結軍力，成立聯合組織，旨在徹底消滅所有不受控制的覺醒人偶。玩家將作為指揮官，與少女們共同譜寫宿命與反抗的物語。
