SISS ACS é o aplicativo integrado com o SissOnline - Sistema Inteligente a Serviço da Saúde - que traz ao agente comunitário de saúde as seguintes facilidades:
- Cadastro Individual
- Cadastro de Domicílio
- Cadastro da família
- Visita ao domicilio/cidadão
- Registro de Óbito
O objetivo do APP ACS é melhorar a qualidade da informação em saúde e de otimizar o uso dessas informações pelos gestores profissionais de saúde e cidadãos podemos citar algumas vantagens:
- Eliminação do processo auxiliar de digitação do cadastro considerando o uso do CDS;
- Redução no armazenamento de fichas de papel dentro da UBS;
- Aumento na velocidade de compartilhamento de informação com o restante da equipe;
- Redução no tempo de cadastramento e atualização dos cadastros da população no território.
Estes dados são registrados de maneira segura organizados e consolidados em um único cadastro no padrão do Ministério da Saúde.

The objective of the ACS APP is to improve the quality of health information and to optimize the use of this information by managers health professionals and citizens we can mention some advantages:
